Vivienda colectiva en el barrio La Tola

Abstract

Collective housing in the La Tola neighborhood was born from the analysis and needs of the sector, which was previously carried out in the ninth semester project workshop, where several problems and weaknesses were evident. Where the decrease in population density stands out, for which an urban plan is proposed with the main objective of increasing the population of the sector, through the implementation of a housing project, complemented with neighborhood-scale facilities. The main indicators are the decrease in population density accompanied by the deterioration of the place, this due to the extensive growth of the city and the emigration of the user to parishes with attractive real estate projects, as a consequence around four thousand eight hundred people have left the sector during the last ten years. The project to be developed in the present title work: La Tola collective housing, was born from the problems and needs of the previous urban analysis, resulting in a housing complex located in an irregular lot and configured by various parameters that allow adaptation to the terrain and the use of the qualities of the context, the proposal of a viable structure that characterizes the stereotomic language, thus achieving the intention of a real estate project that helps to encourage the generation of real estate projects and the increase in the population density of the sector.
