dc.descriptionIntroducción: La terapia grupal en pacientes con cáncer de mama dependerá la intervención con el que se desarrollaran las diferentes experiencias y vivencias de las integrantes acerca de su enfermedad. Cuando una persona se halla en esta situación dolorosa tiene que hacer frente a múltiples miedos y temores, haciendo que su calidad de vida esté disminuida, sin embargo, todo depende del significado que la persona le dé a la enfermedad y de la conciencia que tiene sobre la misma. Materiales y métodos: Para demostrar la eficacia de nuestra investigación, realizaremos grupos de apoyo enfocado a los factores terapéuticos de I. Yalom las cuales beneficiarán directamente a la población, cada intervención estará enfocada en la experiencia de las pacientes con respecto a la enfermedad. Resultados: El grupo de apoyo ayuda a una mejor comunicación entre pacientes y a que el mismo sea cohesionado, ayuda a mejorar el estado de ánimo de las pacientes quienes están en el tratamiento oncológico y a su vez, dar un nuevo significado a la enfermedad. Conclusión: El tema del cáncer de mama causa un gran impacto en este grupo de mujeres, ya que cada una comparte su forma de vivir el dolor. Conforme pasan las sesiones las pacientes se muestran más entusiasmadas en el grupo de apoyo y comienzan a establecer diferentes estrategias para afrontar la enfermedad no solo de forma individual sino también grupal.es
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Group therapy in patients with breast cancer will depend of the style in which the experiences and the livings of the members about their disease develops. When a person finds itself in this painful situation he has to face multiple fears, causing life quality to be diminished, however, it also depends on the meaning that the person gives to the disease and the conscience that he has about it. Materials and methods: To demonstrate the efficiency of our research that will benefit the patients directly, we will perform a support group, each intervention will be focused on the experience of each patient regarding their disease. Results: A support group helps with a better communication between patients and with the cohesion in the group, it helps to improve the mood of the patients who are in the cancer treatment and to give a new meaning to the disease. Conclusions: The issue of breast cancer causes a great impact in this group of women, each one of them shares their way to experience pain. As the sessions pass in the support group, the patients become more enthusiastic and they begin to establish different strategies to deal with the disease not only individually but also in group.es
