In the center of the Amazon, more than two hundred airstrips are located, which are located in the different communities of the province, which benefit from the air service of the Pastaza and Morona Santiago provinces. In the study area there are approximately 100,000 inhabitants of different indigenous nationalities such as Shuar, Achuar, Quichua, Shivia among others, which do not have equipment such as Health Centers or Hospitals. They lack both maritime land access roads, the means of transport being the walk or the airway. The Taisha community, because of its geographical location, serves as an operational logistics center for and towards the rest of the most vulnerable communities in the Amazon. Taisha for being in a strategic place would reduce costs and link with the different communities of Morona Santiago and Pastaza, as well as neighboring Peruvian communities, where most of them prefer to go to Taisha to meet their different needs. At the same time of great influence on the needs of the area, it is the Taisha Battalion that by its purpose requires a strategic logistics of immediate reach and of great importance. Consequently, to cover these needs or problems, it is imperative to plan, design and build some type of logistic solution that meets what was previously required, as long as it is aligned and complies with the Amazon Cooperation Treaty and the Ecuador-Peru Border Binational project, with the purpose of propping up the sustainable management of the environment, health, education and development of its nearby communities that are currently in public policy.es
