dc.description | Objectives: To determine the prevalence of TME and forced positions in cashiers of a Banking entity, through the application of the Nordic questionnaire and the REBA ergonomic evaluation method. Method: Descriptive, cross-sectional study, conducted in a banking entity in Ecuador, to a population of N = 30 cashier´s; 23 women and 7 men during the month of November 2019 and January 2020. Study variables; Sociodemographic characteristics and symptoms by regions of the body. The Nordic Questionnaire of Kuorinka and the ergonomic REBA method were applied. Results: Female sex (77%), 20 to 25 years old (73.33%) and seniority between 6 months to 1 year (43%) predominate. Preponderant symptomatology in the last year is in the neck (70%) and lower back (65%); and in the last week, it is also neck (50%) and lower back (35%). The REBA method reports 4 activities with medium risk, being necessary to perform a corrective action. Conclusions: Skeletal muscle disorders in the staff studied are more frequent in the neck and lower back and there is a medium level of risk in relation to forced postures. | es |
dc.description.abstract | Objetivos: Determinar la prevalencia de TME y posturas forzadas en cajeros de una entidad Bancaria, a través de la aplicación del cuestionario nórdico y el método de evaluación ergonómica REBA. Método: Estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, realizado en una entidad bancaria del Ecuador, a una población de N =30 cajeros; 23 mujeres y 7 hombres durante el mes de noviembre de 2019 y enero de 2020. Variables de estudio; Características sociodemográficas y Sintomatología por regiones del cuerpo. Se aplicó el Cuestionario Nórdico de Kuorinka y el método ergonómico REBA. Resultados: Predomina el sexo femenino (77%), de 20 a 25 años (73,33%) y la antigüedad laboral entre 6 meses a 1 año (43%). Sintomatología preponderante en el último año es en cuello (70%) y espalda baja (65%); y en la última semana, igualmente es cuello (50 %) y espalda baja (35%). El método REBA reporta 4 actividades con riesgo medio, siendo necesario realizar una acción correctiva. Conclusiones: Los trastornos músculos esqueléticos en el personal estudiado es más frecuente en cuello y espalda baja y existe un nivel de riesgo medio en relación a las posturas forzadas. | es |
