dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was to evaluate work stress in the W.P.S. S.A. by applying technical instruments to determine the well-being integral of the workers. The study had a descriptive and quantitative approach in order to determine a diagnosis of current levels of stress and symptomatology. The study was descriptive. A population census was carried out on the 17 people belonging to the company that has 7 women and 10 men, which were divided into daytime and night time hours. This research was conducted in order to determine the levels of occupational stress and symptoms. To carry out this study, a sociodemographic survey, the work stress questionnaire of the International Work Organization and the Symptomatic Scale of SEPPO ARO were used. The results that we obtained were that the levels of risks that they considered significant were already found in the intermediate level of stress, stress and high levels of stress. It was observed that they were more present in the operational staff and based on these results, a program to reduce work stress was finally proposed.es
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar el estrés laboral en la empresa W.P.S. S.A. mediante la aplicación de instrumentos técnicos para determinar el bien estar integral de los trabadores. El estudio tuvo un enfoque descriptivo y cuantitativo con la finalidad de determinar un diagnóstico sobre los niveles actuales de estrés y la sintomatología. El estudio realizado fue de tipo descriptivo. Se realizó un censo poblacional a las 17 personas que pertenecen a la empresa que cuenta con 7 mujeres y 10 hombres, los cuales se dividieron en horarios diurno y nocturno. Se realizó esta investigación con el fin de determinar los niveles de estrés laboral y sintomatología. Para realizar este estudio se utilizó encuesta sociodemográfica, el cuestionario sobre el estrés laboral de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo y la Escala Sintomatológica de SEPPO ARO. Los resultados que obtuvimos fueron que los niveles de riesgos que consideraron significativos ya se encontraron personas en el nivel intermedio de estrés, estrés y en altos niveles de estrés. Se observó que estaban más presentes en el personal operativo y en base a estos resultados, finalmente se propuso un programa para disminuir el estrés laborales
