A mannequin (torso and head) was used, similar to the measurements of an average human being, in order to make measurements of noise exposure of call center workers in a value recovery system. According to research in Latin America, in countries such as Chile, it can be shown that there are only environmental measurements so the data obtained does not reflect a real value of what is exposed. A hypothetical - deductive methodology was used, due to the fact that a problem was posed in order to initiate the investigation and we proceeded to verify its compliance by subjecting our manikin to several dosimetries. The results obtained according to the tests were the following: A measurement of noise was made from the source to the doseBadge and an average of 82.61dB was obtained, with 2 holes of 4mm, an average of 68.07 was obtained, with a hole of 4mm covered, an average of 67.35dB was obtained. and with 2 holes of 6mm an average of 68.11 dB was obtained. Therefore it was concluded that in spite of the various tests carried out by my person and my colleagues, it was defined that the mannequin material is not adequate, one of the standards on which this project was based did not describe what material to use already. And the empty space inside the mannequin caused it to absorb the noise.es
