dcterms.abstract	Generation that in societies like the Finnish, Swiss and German receives support and encourages the development of the same; but in others like the Ecuadorian is vulnerable. Child protection is an issue of obvious importance in countries like ours, it means taking a step towards development and embarking on better days for future generations. At an urban level, children become a fundamental element, in which architecture develops objects and designs spaces to contribute to the needs of man, and in this case children. Spaces destined to education, health, recreation and others are those that are articulated to an integral urban system that provides the necessary conditions for the development of cities and therefore of people. Urban facilities that provide conditions of child protection are scarce and probably do not solve the problem of child abandonment, but they become an imperative need. In this case it is demanded that these equipments exist, but it is important to emphasize that it would be better if they do not exist since it is convenient that each of the children grow and develop within their families. Children in conditions of abandonment, show not only the reality of the country but of the world; the lack of food and living conditions that reach the "good living" that is promulgated in the constitution of Ecuador are a sign of the carelessness of the different social actors. And architecture is the means in charge of solving these problems from the urban point of view, designing and proposing spaces and architectural objects, which do not simply fulfill the function of protection, but contribute from the aesthetic point of view to the city; and being buildings of public use, generate the space of fusion between the city and the architectural object. That is, generating an urban proposal.	-
