dc.descriptionLabor discrimination has been a constant struggle for certain vulnerable groups, who tend to perceive or receive some unethical practices in terms of the linkage and development of their professional lives, this research intends to stipulate the discriminatory practices that have been perceived by groups of men for having a sexual orientation different from society established. Although Ecuador has made a significant advance in the development of rights and equality, getting involved in the thinking, criteria and customs of certain people is a much more complex issue, among time this situation has become relevant for others, because it is not simply represents a media theme, affecting all people. The Chauvinism culture in which our society has developed has influenced the criteria of people who put the conditions of personal life and workers over their professional capacity. Labeling or issuing damages often becomes a constant practice in work environments, the criticism and signaling comes from different axes, culture and beliefs make people think in general, bosses or superiors, peers or inferiors, in the labor scale , having the right to impose their thinking on the way of life and choice of other people. Referring to modes of dress, ways of speaking or acting, and even suggesting moral standards of how a worker should lead his life in and out of his work environment, has made many people perceive as an attack and violation of their rights the fact of not respecting their belief and sexual decision.es
dc.description.abstractLa discriminación laboral ha representado una lucha constante para ciertos grupos vulnerables, que tienden a percibir o recibir ciertas prácticas pocas éticas en cuanto a la vinculación y desarrollo de su vida profesional, la investigación pretende estipular que prácticas discriminatorias han percibido determinado grupo de hombres por tener una orientación sexual diferente a socialmente establecida. A pesar de que el Ecuador ha hecho un avance significativo en cuanto al desarrollo de derechos e igualdad, involucrarse en el pensamiento, criterio y las costumbres de ciertas personas resulta un tema mucho más complejo, para muchos el tema ha tomado relevancia para otras simplemente representa un tema mediático, que afecta a un reducido grupo. La cultura machista en la que se ha desarrollado nuestra sociedad ha influenciado en el criterio de ciertas personas que anteponen las condiciones de vida personal de los trabajadores sobre su capacidad profesional Etiquetar o emitir perjuicios muchas veces se vuelve una práctica constante en los entornos laborales, la crítica y señalamiento viene de distintos ejes, la cultura y las creencias hacen conceptuar a las personas en general, jefes o superiores, pares o inferiores, en la escala laboral, el tener el derecho de imponer su pensamiento sobre el modo de vida y elección de otras personas. Referir modos de vestimenta, formas de hablar o actuar, e incluso sugerir normas moralistas de como un trabajador debe llevar su vida dentro y fuera de su entorno laboral, ha hecho que muchas personas perciban como ataque y vulneración de sus derechos el hecho de no respetar su creencia y decisión sexual.es
