dc.descriptionObjective: determine the Iow level of internal social performance and management of occupational safety and health of Ecuadorian companies through the declarations of the working population. Design: descriptive study oftransversal design using the information form ENEMDU ofMarch 2018, carried out in the main urban and rural areas ofthe most representative provinces of Ecuador and available on the official INEC website (http://www.ecuadorencifras.gob.ec. For more information, YOLI can consult the technical and methodological details ofthe application ofthe survey in the executive report (INEC, 2018). Results: the results obtained allow us to know the current panorama ofthe subject, making it impossible, in the short and medium term, to reach the desired culture of safety and ethics of healthy companies in Ecuador. Conclusions: it is advisable and necessary to continue developing future deeper studies.es
dc.description.abstractObjetivo: determinar el bajo nivel de desempeño social interno y gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo de las empresas ecuatorianas a través de las declaraciones de la población trabajadora. Diseño: estudio descriptivo de diseño transversal utilizando la información procedente de ENEMDU de marzo de 2018, realizada en las principales zonas urbanas y rurales de las provincias más representativas del Ecuador y disponible en la página oficial del INEC (http://www.ecuadorencifras.gob.ec). Para mayor información se puede consultar con los detalles técnicos y metodológicos de aplicación de la encuesta en el informe ejecutivo (INEC, 2018). Resultados: los resultados obtenidos permiten conocer el panorama actual de la materia, imposibilitando, a corto y mediano plazo, llegar a la deseada cultura de seguridad y ética de empresas saludables en Ecuador. Conclusiones: es recomendable y necesario continuar desarrollando futuros estudios más profundos.es
