The incomplete combustion of wood in the cauldrons of the company Enchapes Decorative S.A., generates a large amount of particulate material (ash and coal). In the current system the suspended ash is transported in water, by gravity, towards a sedimentation pool. This system is inefficient, generates pollution and high maintenance costs. The particulate material separation system of the combustion gases in the Cauldron Vyncke is a multi-cyclone. This thesis proposes to replace transport in water with a collector tank with a capacity of 11 hours, to obtain savings in the Water consumption of approximately 75%. The Lambion cauldron has a gas scrubber. For this case it is proposed to transport the effluent through a pneumatic pump to a flocculation system, sedimentation and sifted. For the settler it is proposed the recovery and adaptation of a multicyclone owned by the company. By using coagulant aluminum sulfate, with a concentration of 100 ppm, it is expected to achieve a turbidity of about 1 NTU in the water clarified By mixing the dry material from the Vyncke cauldron and the material moisture from the settler, a ratio of 2: 1 is expected to be dry matter - water, optimal for eviction and handling-
