Abstract: | El turismo es una actividad económica que ka cobrado
gran importancia en los últimos años, sobre todo en países en
vías de desarrollo que kan visto en él una forma de alcanzar
grandes beneficios económicos que ayuden a superar las crisis
por las que éstos atraviesan.
El desarrollo y explotación de esta actividad depende
fundamentalmente, entre otros factores, de la promoción
turística que se haga de un determinado destino en el exterior.
La calidad del producto turístico debe ser
complementada con una adecuada publicidad del mismo, de
forma tal de hacer al destino competitivo y generar una
imagen positiva que sea del agrado de la demanda.
Y una forma para lograr este objetivo es a través de la
utilización de las nuevas tecnologías de comunicación, como
el Internet, que kan se kan convertido en los últimos años en
la forma mas práctica y eficiente de llevar al mundo la imagen
de un destino turístico.
En nuestro país, sin embargo, la utilización de este tipo
de comunicación tecnológica no ka sido la adecuada y sobre
todo no se ka hecko uso de ella en todo su potencial. Es por
ello que la comunicación turística del Ecuador, como país, es
deficiente y en lugar de generar una imagen positiva es una
muestra de la despreocupación y falta a de interés por parte de
los entes públicos encargados de sacar adelante la actividad
turística.
Pero para mejorar el tipo de comunicación y promoción
del país se hace necesario efectuar un análisis previo de las
carencias y deficiencias de la promoción existente en el
momento, así como de los beneficios y ventajas que se
pretende alcanzar a través de la utilización de este tipo de
tecnología.
Es necesario además conocer sobre los aportes que la
Hecko la informática al campo turístico como una forma de
llevar información clara y precisa de un determinado destino y
mejorar la imagen del mismo.
El presente trabajo de investigación y análisis pretende
mostrar la importancia que tienen las nuevas tecnologías de
comunicación en el desarrollo de una adecuada promoción
turística y como su utilización puede hacer del país un destino
ni
competitivo y atractivo en el fuerte y amplio mercado
turístico.
Para el o hay que conocer sobre las diferentes formas de
comunicación y promoción utilizadas en el Ecuador desde los
inicios de la actividad turística y como los avances
tecnológicos kan permitido que dicha comunicación y
promoción se realice hoy tan solo a través de una pantalla de
computadora conectada con otra a miles de kilómetros de
distancia.
Pero se hace necesario el generar un tipo de información
precisa y clara que pueda mostrar la verdadera imagen de
nuestro país al resto del mundo y hacer conocer las
características de un destino turístico único tanto por el
esplendor de su naturaleza como por la riqueza de su cultura. In our country, however, the use of this type technological communication has not been adequate and everything is not hecko use of it to its full potential. Is by that the tourist communication of Ecuador, as a country, is deficient and instead of generating a positive image is a shows the lack of concern and lack of interest on the part of the public entities responsible for carrying out the activity tour. But to improve the type of communication and promotion of the country it is necessary to carry out a preliminary analysis of the deficiencies and deficiencies of the existing promotion in the moment, as well as the benefits and advantages that aims to achieve through the use of this type of technology. It is also necessary to know about the contributions that the Hecko informatics to the tourist field as a way of bring clear and precise information of a certain destination and improve the image of it. The present research and analysis work aims to show the importance of the new technologies of communication in the development of an adequate promotion tourism and how its use can make the country a destination neither competitive and attractive in the strong and broad market tourist. For the or you have to know about the different forms of communication and promotion used in Ecuador from the beginnings of tourism activity and how advances technological kan allowed that communication and promotion is carried out today only through a screen of computer connected to another one thousands of kilometers from distance. But it is necessary to generate a type of information precise and clear that you can show the true image of our country to the rest of the world and make known characteristics of a unique tourist destination both for the splendor of its nature as well as the richness of its culture. |
