dc.descriptionThe next project will be approached from the point of view of the Occupational Safety and Health, evaluating the psychosocial risk factors in the company TEMPOCODECO. The psychosocial evaluation is conducted using the methodology and questionnaires from the Spanish Technical Institutes, which helped identify the following psychosocial risk factors in the enterprise: Mental load, temporary autonomy, work content, supervision, participation, role definition, interest the worker and personal relationships with the identification of these risk factors, we proposed preventive actions to benefit the company and the workers-
dc.description.abstractEl siguiente proyecto pretende abordar desde un punto de vista de la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, los factores de riesgo psicosocial evaluados en la empresa TEMPOCODECO. La evaluación psicosocial se la realizó utilizando metodología y cuestionarios de Institutos Técnicos Españoles, los cuales permitieron identificar los siguientes factores de riesgos psicosociales presentes en la empresa: Carga mental, autonomía temporal, contenido de trabajo, supervisión-participación, definición de rol, interés por el trabajador y relaciones personales; con la identificación de estos factores de riesgos se planteó acciones preventivas en beneficio de la empresa y los trabajadores.es_ES
