Análisis del barrio la mariscal y propuesta arquitectónica de un centro de recreación y esparcimiento

Abstract

El presente proyecto. analiza en el tiempo al barrio la Mariscal. sector de gran importancia en la ciudad de Quito. que ha sufrido varios cambios. tanto sociales. económicos. urbanos y demás. pasando y abarcando desde sus comienzos hasta el día de hoy varios tipos de actividades, siendo este uno de sus principales problemas. debido a que muchas de estas actividades no tienen relación una con otra. De aquí. se generan más problemas para el barrio. que hacen imperioso al momento. proponer un proyecto arquitectónico que permita al sector revalorizarse y fortalecer las actividades de mayor presencia y que generen mayores ventajas al barrio como lo son la recreación y el esparcimiento conjuntamente con el turismo. Se propone un lugar de interrelación en el que se puedan conjugar y mezclar las diferentes clases de personas que visitan y que habitan en este importante barrio, y cuyo objetivo general sea el de aportar con mejoras para el sector. Se propone así. un objeto arquitectónico mágico. el mismo que se basa en los conceptos de luz. color. movimiento y fluidez. en el que se desarrollarán actividades como cines, teatro. arte, cultura, restaurantes y boutiques. dotando además al sector de una obra monumental que se convierte en un referente del barrio realzando sus características y logrando que el mismo vuelva a tener un rumbo y una identidad que se ha perdido con el pasar de los años.

The present project. analyzes in time the quarter the Marshal. sector of great importance in the city of Quito. which has undergone several changes. so much social economic urban and others. happening and covering from its beginnings until today several types of activities, this being one of its main problems. because many of these activities have no relation to each other. From here. more problems are generated for the neighborhood. that make imperious at the moment. propose an architectural project that allows the sector to revalue and strengthen the activities of greater presence and generate greater benefits to the neighborhood such as recreation and recreation along with tourism. A place of interrelation is proposed in which the different classes of people who visit and who live in this important neighborhood can be combined and mixed, and whose general objective is to contribute with improvements for the sector. It is proposed like this. a magical architectural object. the same one that is based on the concepts of light. colour. movement and fluidity in which activities such as cinemas, theater will be developed. art, culture, restaurants and boutiques. also providing the sector with a monumental work that becomes a benchmark of the neighborhood, enhancing its characteristics and achieving that it once again has a direction and an identity that has been lost over the years.
