| Zusammenfassung: | Este proyecto está desarrollado con el fin de automatizar una máquina de oxicorte portátil, que permita realizar cortes de planchas de acero. Mediante el uso del software Arduino 1.0.4 y la implementación de una placa Arduino, servomotores, sensor inductivo y una pantalla LCD 16x2, se diseñó un sistema automático de corte de planchas de acero de una manera fácil y óptima. Por medio de la programación se calibra altura de la boquilla de corte con respecto al material que se va a cortar, el encendido de la llama de corte y por último el corte, una vez sensado el final del corte la máquina cierra las válvulas de Oxígeno y gas GLP y la máquina se detiene finalizando el corte, el mejor corte es el que no tiene estrías. |
| Beschreibung: | This project is developed in order to automate a portable oxycutting machine, which allows cutting of steel plates. Through the use of the Arduino 1.0.4 software and the implementation of an Arduino board, servomotors, inductive sensor and a 16x2 LCD screen, an automatic system for cutting steel plates was designed in an easy and optimal way. By means of programming, height of the cutting nozzle is calibrated with respect to the material to be cut, the ignition of the cutting flame and finally the cut, once the end of the cut is sensed the machine closes the Oxygen valves and LPG gas and the machine stops at the end of the cut, the best cut is the one with no grooves. |
