| dc.description | The present thesis is focused to know the evolution of the electronic media and since it has been gaining space in Ecuador. It is very important to know the subject since it tries to inform on the new alternatives that the technology offers to the journalist and the advantages that it has on this era of technological advances. This new media is very important since it is tie to most recent massive mass media: Internet. The thesis tries to establish the characteristics of the electronic media, to relate their technical beginnings, processes, advantages and disadvantages, to describe how it has been reconciled to the system and to know their history. There is a huge competition and the journalists must advance with the technology, that is the reason why they need to know the advantages of the world where they live. The new digital era is the future for not remaining back. Finally, day to day, they are more people who are using Internet. Therefore one is due to be more competitive, to live with the changes that the technology offers and to follow ahead with the changes of the future. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis está enfocada a conocer la evolución del periodismo electrónico y como ha ido ganando espacio en Ecuador. Es muy importante conocer del tema ya que pretende informar sobre las nuevas alternativas que la tecnología ofrece al comunicador y las ventajas que tiene en esta era de adelantos tecnológicos. Este nuevo medio es muy importante ya que está vinculado al más reciente medio de comunicación masiva: Internet. La tesis procura establecer las características del periodismo electrónico, relatar sus inicios, procesos técnicos, ventajas y desventajas, describir cómo se ha acoplado al sistema y conocer su historia. La competencia es grande y los periodistas deben avanzar al igual que la tecnología, es por eso que necesitan conocer las ventajas del mundo donde viven, la nueva era digital es el futuro para no quedarse atrás. Finalmente, día a día, son más las personas que están utilizando Internet. Por esta razón se debe ser más competitivos, vivir con los cambios que la tecnología ofrece y seguir adelante con los cambios del futuro. | en_US |
