dc.descriptionThis document contains an analysis of the productivity of the company Top Roses, CIA. LTDA, to determine the same have studied different indispensable variables to measure how effective the company is with reference to the rest of floriculture companies in the Ecuadorian scope in the year 2013. The global tendency to consume roses, their supply and historical demand has been studied to justify if the increase in the productive capacity is necessary, the sensitivity of the product both to price and volume to determine which would be the best options to increase the sales of the company. It analyzes the various forms that the company has to finance the increase in productive capacity, hypothetical models were generated on external financing, and the cash requirements of the company were calculated to determine self-financing.-
dc.description.abstractEste documento contiene un análisis sobre la productividad que posee la compañía Top Roses, CIA. LTDA, para determinar la misma se han estudiado diferentes variables indispensables para medir que tan efectiva es la compañía con referencia al resto de empresas florícolas en el ámbito ecuatoriano en el año 2013 Se ha estudiado la tendencia global al consumo de rosas, su oferta y demanda histórica para justificar si el aumento en la capacidad productiva es necesario, la sensibilidad del producto tanto al precio como al volumen para determinar cuáles serían las mejores opciones para aumentar las ventas de la compañía. Se analiza las diversas formas que la compañía cuenta para financiar el aumento de la capacidad productiva, se generaron modelos hipotéticos sobre financiamiento externo, y se calculó los requerimientos de efectivo de la compañía para determinar la autofinanciación.es_ES
