SEK International University (UISEK) in not having a department of organizational communication, is neglecting the development of strategies to promote internal communication and an organizational culture where all its stakeholders feel satisfaction and a sense of identification with the institution. The UISEK, having a low-profile organizational culture where not all stakeholders feel a sense of identification, may be affecting the performance of its employees and its corporate image, creating an undesirable impact among both internal and external audiences, leading even to the loss of current and potential consumers of the University’s educational system. Therefore, considering that communication is essential in any institution, this study uses the qualitative-quantitative method to perform a thorough study and analysis to determine the needs of internal stakeholders of UISEK, and using this information, it seeks to propose a Strategic Communication Plan that will enable the development of strategies and communication tools which promote information processes, generating greater interaction and staff involvement in the University-
