Health is a fundamental part of the integrity of the human being. Since memorable times doctors have devoted their time and effort in preventing, treating and rehabilitating diseases and thanks to the discovery of antisepsis specialized places have been created for these purposes that have been advancing in structure and technology to provide ever better service . However, many of the hospitals, mainly the Carlos Andrade Marín Hospital, have been overwhelmed by the excessive demand of patients, causing care to be deficient, delayed, and exhausting medical and space resources, which generates a lack of credibility in the system and many inconveniences in the users that do not reach to be attended, causing them to use the Emergency services unnecessarily. Part of this problem lies in the ignorance of the existence of health centers with different levels of care, to which patients should go according to the complexity of their disease. Therefore, the idea of establishing a Second Level Health Center in the parking lot of the Andrade Marín Hospital is proposed, in order to satisfy the needs of the Hospital by clearing the services that most have presented as Emergencies, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Surgery, by performing triage for care in order to promote Second Level care and encourage the proper use of medical services generating a space with a natural environment that helps the recovery of its users and also be an architectural icon for the neighborhood San Juan.
