| Abstract: | La presente investigación muestra una solución tecnológica aplicada a una industria manufacturera para la mejora de la calidad y la productividad. Dentro de la temática desarrollada se muestran varios conceptos aplicados dentro de diferentes industrias como el Mantenimiento Productivo Total (TPM), entre otros. El estudio realizado se orienta primordialmente al área de Mantenimiento sin descuidar el impacto que genera sobre otras áreas subsecuentes a la producción. La metodología, recursos, tecnología y análisis económicos y de impacto aquí mostrados son aplicables para diferentes y variadas industrias, siendo un aporte significativo para quienes buscan un mejor desempeño de sus fábricas y procesos específicos |
| Description: | This investigation shows a technological solution applied to a manufacturing industry for improving quality and productivity. Within the theme developed it shows several concepts used in various industries such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), among others. The study is directed primarily to the Maintenance area without neglecting the significant impact on other areas subsequent to production. The methodology, resources, technology and economic analysis and impact shown here are applicable to different and varied industries, with a significant contribution to those seeking a better performance of their plants and processes. |
