Abstract

Para este PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA INTEGRAL ORGANIZADORA DE EVENTOS EN LA PARROQUIA DE CUMBAYÁ , se realizó un estudio de mercado donde se analizó el segmento de mercado al cual la empresa debe dirigirse. A través de encuestas poder determinar el perfil del consumidor, sus gustos y preferencias. Por otra parte, en el estudio técnico definió las características físicas del proyecto, las características de la organizadora de eventos han sido definidas después de analizar al mercado. El estudio legal donde se analizó los trámites a seguir que exige la legislación ecuatoriana para el funcionamiento de la empresa. El estudio financiero define la factibilidad del proyecto, para esto se realizó análisis de los costos, gastos, proyecciones de ingresos, dando como resultado la rentabilidad o no de la inversión.
