Centro de desarrollo integral para niños en situación de riesgo de abandono

Abstract

El presente trabajo se enfoca hacia la problemática de los niños en situación de riesgo, el diseñar un espacio que acoja a cierto número de ellos y les brinde un entorno favorable para su desarrollo. La pregunta que nos debemos hacer es ¿Quiénes son los niños en situación de riesgo?, pues son todos aquellos niños que por diversos motivos viven en riesgo de: salir a las calles, adquirir vicios o ser víctimas de diversos tipos de explotación. El reclutamiento de los niños que ingresan a este tipo de centros está a cargo del personal especializado de la DINAPEN por medio de trabajadores sociales y miembros de la policía especializada en menores, quienes ponen en conocimiento de los jueces competentes los casos y se encargan de llevar a los niños a los centros ya sea de forma provisional o permanente. Se escogió este sector especial de niños ya que es el paso previo a que estos niños lleguen a las calles y una vez que cogen ese camino es muy difícil que ellos puedan reinsertarse a la sociedad. En mi caso particular he escogido un tema de contenido social con el fin de retribuir aunque de manera teórica a la sociedad por las oportunidades y privilegios que he tenido a lo largo de mi vida pero en ningún momento olvidando a aquellas personas que no corren la misma suerte. Durante la fase de investigación mediante la observación, visitas y entrevistas que se realizó tuve la oportunidad de mirar de cerca, conocer y darme cuenta de que la realidad que viven estos niños es muy difícil, cosa que en ciertos momentos llegó a ser desalentadora al pensar que hay tantas cosas por hacer pero no muchos tienen la disposición o el tiempo, creo yo que el haber investigado a fondo fue un paso hacia un gran objetivo que fue el diseñar un espacio pensado para ellos que espero pueda servir como instrumento de partida para mi misma o para futuros lectores quienes tengan la voluntad de ayudar a este sector de la sociedad con la ejecución física de proyectos sociales. El presente proyecto se desarrolla a partir del análisis e investigación de tal forma que se llega a la justificación del mismo, una vez que se justifica la elaboración del mismo vamos a la etapa de análisis de los referentes y búsqueda del lugar en el que se emplazará, el terreno debidamente seleccionado es el punto de partida de la fase de diseño una vez que se ha trabajado con modelos que nos permiten racionalizar, ordenar y enlazar las ideas empezamos a proyectar lo que es el diseño arquitectónico utilizando las técnicas y métodos de diseño aprendidas a lo largo del paso por la Universidad. En el caso particular de este proyecto se diseñó cada edificio por separado para mantener su autonomía y carácter desde el momento mismo de la implantación. El enlace o concordancia de los mismos para que no lleguen a ser elementos dispersos fue un trabajo arduo el cual se lo consiguió con la implementación de ciertos materiales, textura y forman que hagan del diseño un conjunto en el que cada espacio tiene su correlación racional y funcional

The present work focuses on the problem of children at risk, designing a space that receives a certain number of them and provides them with a favorable environment for their development. The question that we must ask ourselves is: Who are the children at risk? They are all those children who for various reasons live at risk of: going out on the streets, acquiring vices or being victims of various types of exploitation. The recruitment of children who enter these types of centers is carried out by specialized personnel of DINAPEN through social workers and members of the police specializing in minors, who inform the competent judges of the cases and take care of taking the children to the centers either provisionally or permanently. This special sector of children was chosen since it is the step before these children reach the streets and Once they take that path, it is very difficult for them to reintegrate themselves into society. In my particular case I have chosen a topic of social content in order to give back, although in a theoretical to the society for the opportunities and privileges that I have had throughout my life but in No moment forgetting those people who do not suffer the same fate. During the research phase through observation, visits and interviews that took place I had the opportunity to look closely, to know and realize that the reality that these children live is very difficult, which in certain moments became disheartening to think that there are so many things to do but not many have the disposition or the time, I believe that having investigated thoroughly was a step towards a great goal that was to design a space designed for them that I hope can serve as instrument of departure for myself or for future readers who have the will to help this sector of society with the physical execution of social projects. The present project is developed from the analysis and research in such a way that it reaches the Justification of the same, once the preparation of the same is justified we go to the analysis stage of the references and search of the place in which it will be located, the duly selected land is the starting point of the design phase once we have worked with models that allow us to rationalize, organize and link the ideas we began to project what is the architectural design using the techniques and design methods learned throughout the passage through the University. .
