Abstract: La práctica de franquicias importando conceptos extranjeros como plan de negocios resulta un atractivo muy grande para los ecuatorianos, al no requerir un capital inicial alto y al ser su rentabilidad muy llamativa; la apertura de una franquicia significa una oportunidad de protección, seguridad y estabilidad dentro de la actual situación del Ecuador. Se formuló un proyecto de factibilidad para la apertura de la franquicia venezolana "Ok Coffee" de servicio de cafetería gourmet en la zona norte de la ciudad de Quito, con el objetivo de crear un negocio que permita al consumidor disfrutar del exquisito sabor del café de una manera nunca antes probada en el Ecuador, “Ok Coffee” brinda el innovador cubito de café saborizado, ofreciendo una gran calidad en sabor, textura y aroma. Para determinar la factibilidad del presente proyecto se tomaron en cuenta múltiples factores, y así establecer el éxito o fracaso del mismo. Este análisis requirió de la realización de cuatro capítulos: estudio de mercado, técnico, administrativo y financiero. De los estudios realizados se desprende que el proyecto para la apertura de la franquicia “Ok Coffe” en la ciudad de Quito es factible y rentable, tal como lo indican los análisis de rentabilidad y los índices financieros.
Description: The practice of franchises importing foreign concepts as a business plan It is a very big attraction for Ecuadorians, not requiring an initial capitalhigh and its profitability is very striking; the opening of a franchise means a opportunity for protection, security and stability within the current situation of Ecuador. A feasibility project was formulated for the opening of the Venezuelan franchise "Ok Coffee "of gourmet cafeteria service in the northern area of the city of Quito, with objective of creating a business that allows the consumer to enjoy the exquisite taste of coffee in a way never before tested in Ecuador, "Ok Coffee" provides the innovative flavored coffee cube, offering a great quality in flavor, texture and to Rome. To determine the feasibility of the present project, multiple factors, and thus establish the success or failure of it. This analysis required the completion of four chapters: market study, technical, administrative and financial. From the studies carried out it is clear that the project for the opening of the franchise "Ok Coffe" in the city of Quito is feasible and profitable, as indicated by the analyzes of profitability and financial ratios.
