Evaluación del riesgo psicosocial en la empresa Gran Comercio Cia.Ltda, aplicando el método evaluativo FPSICO 4.0”

Abstract

The company where the study was carried out is a leader in OOH advertising and a benchmark in diversity of outdoors and indoors media, making use of cutting-edge technology worldwide, providing global communication solutions that allow customers to build and position brands, achieve high-impact interactions and generate a high impact at the lowest cost per thousand, the objective is to evaluate the psychosocial risk factors in the collaborators of the company GRAN COMERCIO CIA.LTDA, through the FPISICO 4.0 methodology, to improve the working conditions of the workers , announcing that operational and administrative personnel were evaluated. The risk factors with a very high level are manifested as follows, taking into account that most of them show percentages and thus be able to observe from highest to lowest, 53.1% belongs to PS (Participation / Supervision), 43.8% belongs to DR (Role Performance), 34.4% belong to CT (Workload, 15.6% belong to RAS (Relationship and Social Support), 12.5% TT (Work Time), 9.4% belong to AU (Autonomy), 6.3% belongs to VC (Variety/Content), 6.2% belongs to DP (Psychological Demands) in order to reduce the risk factors in the company, it is necessary to implement an action plan so it will be useful and of great benefit to its collaborators both in the conditions workplace and work environment.
