| Abstract: | El presente trabajo se realiza para poder identificar y gestionar riesgos de la mina Sominur, en la concesión minera Bella Rica, a cargo de la Sociedad Minera Nueva Rojas Cia. Ltda. Dicha concesión está localizada en la jurisdicción política administrativa de la parroquia y cantón Camilo Ponce Enríquez, provincia del Azuay. La actividad minera de la concesión minera Bella Rica genera alternativas productivas y económicas en la zona, mediante la creación de fuentes de empleo para habitantes del sector, requerimiento de insumos y servicios que generan actividad laboral a la comunidad de la zona y provincias vecinas. Con el fin de asegurar que las actividades realizadas durante la explotación de la concesión minera Bella Rica; generen el menor impacto ambiental y laboral; durante su operación, se elabora la matriz IPERC para la planta de beneficio de la Cia. Sominur. La matriz IPERC, será la base para identificar riesgos y conocer como gestionarlos; dicha matriz será un referente para la empresa de cómo controlar procesos asegurando la salud de sus trabajadores y mejorando el índice de accidentabilidad en la Mina; la correcta utilización de la presenta matriz va a contribuir a una adecuada prevención, control y mitigación del número de incidentes generando la mejora continua y creando procesos de valor para la empresa |
| Description: | This work is carried out in order to identify and manage risks of the Sominur mine, in the Bella Rica mining concession, in charge of the Sociedad Minera Nueva Rojas Cia. Ltda. Said concession is located in the administrative political jurisdiction of the parish and canton of Camilo Ponce Enríquez, province of Azuay. The mining activity of the Bella Rica mining concession generates productive and economic alternatives in the area, through the creation of sources of employment for inhabitants of the sector, requirements of inputs and services that generate labor activity for the community of the area and neighboring provinces. In order to ensure that the activities carried out during the exploitation of the Bella Rica mining concession; generate the least environmental and labor impact; During its operation, the IPERC matrix is prepared for the CIA's beneficiation plant Sominur. The IPERC matrix will be the basis for identifying risks and knowing how to manage them; This matrix will be a reference for the company on how to control processes ensuring the health of its workers and improving the accident rate at the Mine; The correct use of the present matrix will contribute to an adequate prevention, control and mitigation of the number of incidents, generating continuous improvement and creating valuable processes for the company. |
