| Abstract: | En este plan de negocios se analizó la viabilidad financiera de la creación de una empresa dedicada al monitoreo remoto de signos vitales para adultos mayores en el D.M de Quito, así como la evaluación de su demanda, a través de un estudio de mercado, el cual se ejecutó en el mes de enero del 2020, el mercado objetivo se compone de un vasto número de familias quiteñas que tienen adultos mayores a su cargo y que podrían contratar el servicio de monitoreo, siendo estos hogares un numero representativo de interesados, esto convierte al proyecto en atractivo al inversionista que en base a los resultados de este plan de negocios generaría rentabilidad desde el primer año de ejecución. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se analizan aspectos administrativos, legales y financieros, los cuales son una guía y directriz para la creación de una Sociedad de acciones simplificada, con base en las leyes ecuatorianas societarias, bajo el marco legal de la ley de emprendimientos establecida en Ecuador en febrero 2020, la cual promueve la creación de nuevos emprendimientos. La inversión inicial para este proyecto es de alrededor de USD$ 50.913, siendo una inversión viable al requerir solamente el aporte del 30% del valor inicial como capital propio del inversionista que corresponde a USD$ 15.274 y el resto de la inversión será a través de un crédito bancario. El negocio generará ventas de USD$ 242.880 en el primer año y ganancias en el mismo año por alrededor de USD$ 37.335. La inversión total de este plan de negocios será recuperada en aproximadamente en 1 año y 5 meses de operaciones. Estos análisis concluyen que el proyecto es viable financiera y socialmente, aportando a la comunidad con una solución que ayuda a las familias con integrantes adultos mayores que son un grupo vulnerable que requieren atención y otorga beneficios económicos a su inversionista en el lapso de 5 años continuos de la operación de la empresa. |
| Description: | In this business plan, was analyze the financial viability to creation of a company dedicated to remote monitoring of vital signs for older adults in the city of Quito, as well as the evaluation of this demand, through a market study, which was execute in January 2020, the target market is made p of a vast number of families from Quito who have elderly people in their charge and who could hire the monitoring service, these households being a representative number of stakeholders, this makes the project attractive to investors, based on the results of this business plan, would generate profitability from the first year of execution. In the development of this work, administrative, legal and financial aspects are analyzed, which are a guideline for the creation of a simplified stock company, based on Ecuadorian corporate laws, under legal framework of the established entrepreneurship law in Ecuador in February 2020, which promotes the creation of new ventures. The initial investment for this project is around USD $ 50,913, being a viable investment by requiring only the contribution of 30% of the initial value as the investor's own capital corresponding to USD $ 15,274 and the rest of the investment will be through a bank loan. The business will generate sales of USD $ 242,880 in the first year and earnings in the same year of around USD $ 37,335. The total investment to this business plan will be recover in approximately 1 year and 5 months of operations. These analyzes conclude that the project is financially and socially viable, providing the community with a solution that helps families with older adult members who are a vulnerable group that require attention and provides economic benefits to their investor in the period of 5 continuous years of company operation. |
