Description: The objective of this research work is to evaluate the ergonomic risks due to repetitiveness of a Florícola company located in the Guyllabamba sector in order to guarantee an integral wellbeing in them, through the implementation of an action plan and at the same time preventive, The type of study corresponds to the descriptive and exploratory type, which is why it is made up of two areas that are flower harvesting and bulb gluing, since only the job position will be evaluated by the number of personnel. To collect information, a direct observation was carried out to obtain a record of the postures adopted by the body segments that consider the method (Ocra checklist) arm, forearm, wrist, shoulders and elbows; so that they are then contrasted with the filming and a correct evaluation of the biomechanical demands of the job can be had. Once the ergonomic evaluation was carried out using the methodology (Ocra checklist) in the two flower harvest areas, it was possible to determine the risk index to which the workers are exposed, where it was obtained that, for the right extremity, the risk index corresponded to a 22.65 being a high risk, and in the left limb it gave us a result of 16.57 being a medium risk. On the other hand, in the area of sticking the bulb for the limb, a risk index of 27.22 was obtained, which corresponds to a high risk, in the same way the left limb had a high risk index with a score of 28. 77, because in these two areas, workers are more vulnerable to contracting an occupational injury or disease caused by work. With the data obtained, a preventive action and intervention plan was proposed, which aims to reduce and prevent ergonomic risk so that workers do not suffer an injury or occupational disease.
