Representación y economía ecológica de la cacería de fauna mayor y la pesca en la reserva biológica

Abstract

El presente estudio quiere analizar la representación que tienen los pobladores de la zona de la fauna mayor y la pesca y aquella de los gestionadores quienes la perciben como un recurso a proteger. El establecimiento claro de la representación de la fauna mayor y la pesca por parte de las comunidades humanas repercutirá en su gestión racional y viable, es decir que haya una sustentabilidad para el beneficio de las generaciones futuras. Por esta razón buscaremos valorar la biomasa de fauna mayor y pesca capturada, para luego analizar este aporte en términos energéticos. Se analiza el uso que le dan estas comunidades a la fauna mayor y la pesca, esto nos permite tener una visión amplia de cómo utilizan el recurso. Para lograr los objetivos planteados se han utilizado diferentes metodologías durante el tiempo que duró el estudio (2004-2005). En el estudio pudimos notar que la captura de la fauna mayor y de los peces es importante para complementar las dietas, proporcionándoles proteínas y grasas. Quienes realizan las actividades de cacería de fauna mayor y pesca aprovechan parte de la captura para tener un significativo ingreso económico.

The present study wants to analyze the representation that the inhabitants of the zone of the greater fauna and the fishing have and that of the managers who perceive it as a resource to protect. The clear establishment of the representation of the greater fauna and the fishing on the part of the human communities will repel in their rational and viable management, that is to say that there is a sustainability for the benefit of the future generations. For this reason, we will seek to assess the biomass of larger fauna and captured fisheries, and then analyze this contribution in terms of energy. The use that these communities give to the greater fauna and the fishing is analyzed, this allows us to have a wide vision of how they use the resource. To achieve the objectives set, different methodologies have been used during the time the study lasted (2004-2005). In the study we could notice that the capture of the greater fauna and of the fish is important to complement the diets, providing them proteins and fats. Those who carry out the hunting and wildlife activities take advantage of part of the catch to have a significant economic income.
