dc.descriptionThe research quantifies and compares the requirements requested in the city of Quito with the cantons Quevedo, Babahoyo, Guayaquil, Santa Elena, La Libertad and Loja being these equal requirements not applicable and non-existent, respective for approval and obtaining the operating permits of the different types of public and private entities, using the requirements of the city of Quito. Quito is taken as one of the cities that meets the most and enforces issues such as fire prevention, protection and mitigation. This research has been used with a descriptive and statistical data in the field using surveys and interviews with those responsible for inspections of the six cantons that were chosen for the study.es
dc.description.abstractLa investigación cuantifica y compara los requisitos solicitados en la ciudad de Quito con los cantones Quevedo, Babahoyo, Guayaquil, Santa Elena, La Libertad y Loja siendo estos requisitos iguales no aplicables y no existentes, respectivos para la aprobación y obtención de los permisos de funcionamientos de los diferentes tipos de entidades públicas y privadas, utilizando los requisitos de la ciudad de Quito. Se tomo a Quito como una de las ciudades que mas cumple y hace cumplir temas como la prevención, protección y mitigación contra incendios. Esta investigación ha sido utilizada con una descriptiva y estadística con datos reales en el campo utilizando encuestas y entrevistas a los encargados a los encargados de las inspecciones de los seis cantones que fueron escogidos para el estudioes
