The objective of this study is to determine the musculoskeletal symptoms of frying personnel through the Nórtico method and REBA to improve the process and production of the company. Two methods were used, the Nordic questionnaire, REBA with the REBA method allows us to analyze the postural load in the segments of neck, trunk, arms, forearms, wrist, legs in conjunction with the aspects of activity execution such as strength, grip , statism, repetitiveness, environment and postural stability, so it is necessary to obtain detailed records of the activity as well as the articular angles that the postures generate in the worker, for the latter applies the NTE-INEN-ISO 11226 standard. As a whole, the level of risk will be determined after the application of corrective measures or improvement in tasks and subtasks. The Nordic Standardized Questionnaire, published in 1987, has been one of the most used tools at international level for the detection of musculoskeletal symptoms in workers of different economic sectors. In the result, the present investigation was carried out in the workers of the production area, the position analyzed was in the frying area where risks were identified by repetitive movements, manual manipulation of loads, under these characteristics musculoskeletal disorders and chronic phthic They are central problems to study in any labor process that requires long-term workers and high quality control of the products, 12 frying area workers were studied and evaluated with the method, REBA and the Nordic questionnaire. The highest report of musculoskeletal symptoms are those that affect the neck region with 66.67% (n = 8) of the respondents, secondly, the symptoms that affect are of the wrist and hands with 66.67% (n = 8), thirdly, the symptoms that affect are arms and forearms with 66.67% (n = 8), fourth, the symptoms that affect is the trunk with 33.33% (n = 4) and Fifth legs with 33.33% (n = 4).es
