dc.descriptionImplementation of an architectural device connecting the surrounding territories to the Compadre Huayco gorge located in the city of Salcedo, Cotopaxi province. Through the compilation of scientific documentation, readings of theories, concepts, references of architectural and urban precedents, an analysis of the site and the environment is established that allows us to understand the territory from its components: natural, artificial and social; thus establish elements that enable the generation of a series of diagnoses and assessments to propose an area of action. Therefore, intervention strategies are proposed within the specific area, ranging from the neighborhood scale to the development of the architectural object as a connector of the areas adjacent to the creek, this device has the character of a connecting bridge and at the same time a bar habitable, a suggestive element in the management of integral projection in the area.es
dc.description.abstractImplementación de un dispositivo arquitectónico conector de los territorios aledaños a la quebrada Compadre Huayco ubicada en la ciudad de Salcedo, provincia de Cotopaxi. Por medio de recopilación de documentación científica, lecturas de teorías, conceptos, referencias de precedentes arquitectónicos y urbanos se establece un análisis del sitio y del entorno que permite comprender al territorio desde sus componentes: natural, artificial y social; así establecer elementos que facultan generar una serie de diagnósticos y valoraciones para proponer una zona de actuación. Se plantea por tanto dentro de la zona específica estrategias de intervención que van desde la escala de barrio hasta el desarrollo del objeto arquitectónico como conector de las zonas contiguas a la quebrada, este dispositivo tiene el carácter de puente de conexión y al mismo tiempo de barra habitable, un elemento sugerente en el manejo de proyección integral en la zonaes
