The prevalence of MSD is particularly high in nurses and health workers, it constitutes more than 50% of the workforce in hospitals. Material and method: The cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out at the Baeza Basic Hospital and the sample chosen consisted of 20 people among nurses (60%) and nursing assistants (40%). Results: Table 1. Evaluates the predominance of people with average age, along with the working time in the institution, which is dominant in children under 10 years. Table 2. Low and medium risk predominates in the tasks evaluated. Table 3. There is no relationship between neck and lumbar region discomfort with the sections evaluated. Table 4. REBA values report scores for medium risks, but in the task of channeling peripherally due to certain positions, the score is raised and there is a high risk. Conclusions: REBA scores of both right and left evaluations give the average risks having exceptions in a task that could correct the position and improve the final score of the applied methodes
