Description: Musculoskeletal disorders are a set of clinical manifestations and diseases, characterized by pain that even limit the ability to perform daily activities. Low back pain is one of the most frequent symptoms that even says that at least 80% of the population experiences this discomfort at least once in their life. The area of health has been forgotten in the ergonomic assessment, and more in the professions as nursing although it is one of the oldest professions that requires all the physical and mental effort for the management of patients, however in our environment There are few studies to determine which ergonomic risks are those that affect this noble profession, so there are no statistics on musculoskeletal disorders, therein lies the reason why this labor sector was chosen for the execution of this research as well as knowing the level of psychosocial risk to which they are subjected. It was determined that the level of ergonomic risk for forced postures in the differe activities for both services evaluated is high, as well as the most frequent pains are in neck 84%, back 88% and shoulders 66%, which I need 82% medication to continue their day activities. It was concluded that these personnel have a medium-high level of psychosocial risk
