Abstract: Los auditores médicos realizan la actividad de revisar el historial médico de los pacientes para la liquidación económica por la atención brindada a los mismos, en los diferentes prestadores de servicio de salud privados con los cuales se tiene convenio, esta actividad se ejecuta 7 horas diarias por 7 días a la semana en posición sentada, que es una de las más utilizadas en los puestos de trabajo de tipo administrativo. Fue un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, realizado en el periodo de junio a agosto del 2019, que se aplicó a una muestra de 11 médicos auditores. Se utilizaron 4 métodos, el cuestionario Nórdico, REBA, RULA, ROSA. En las ultimas 3 décadas, en las sociedades occidentales, la incapacidad asociada con la lumbalgia se ha convertido en un problema de gran importancia, en el aspecto individual, sanitario, laboral, afectando a la población en la etapa de la vida laboral y generando un incremento en el uso de recursos y pérdida de días de trabajo. En resultados obtenidos del estudio Nórdico estandarizado el área que se manifiesta con mayor intensidad de dolor es la columna lumbar con 45.5%, seguida por el cuello con 36.4%, refieren como causante de la lumbalgia al trabajo en un 54.5%, y del cuello el 63.6%. En el análisis del método Rosa se demostró que el asiento es disergonómico; soporte de la espalda no se encuentra a nivel lumbar, afectando columna lumbar en el 75.0% de los médicos auditores; y en el 81,8% porque asiento es muy profundo, se requiere una intervención de inmediato. Este estudio demostró que el 54.5% de los trabajadores que presentan síntomas lumbares se encuentran relacionados con la postura laboral, de los cuales el 45.5% refieren dolor lumbar moderado a intenso, seguido de 36.4% de cervicalgia y 27.3% dolor en muñeca; así como el estudio realizado al área administrativa de la empresa de tratamiento de aguas residuales de Bauru en el cual por la posición de sedestación la mayoría de los 210 funcionarios presentan síntomas de lumbares 40.3%; seguida de cuello 27.3% y hombros 23.8%.
Description: The medical auditors carry out the activity of reviewing the medical history of the patients for economic settlement for the care provided to them, in the different private health service providers with whom an agreement is made, this activity is executed 7 hours a day for 7 days a week in a sitting position, which is one of the most used in administrative jobs. It was a descriptive, cross-sectional study, conducted in the period from June to August of 2019, which was applied to a sample of 11 medical auditors. Four methods were used, the Nordic questionnaire, REBA, RULA, ROSA. In the last 3 decades, in Western societies, the disability associated with low back pain has become a problem of great importance, in the individual, health, and labor aspects. affecting the population in the stage of working life and generating an increase in the use of resources and loss of working days. In results obtained from the standardized Nordic study the area that manifests with greater intensity of pain is the lumbar spine with 45.5%, followed by the neck with 36.4%, they refer to the cause of low back pain at work in 54.5%, and the neck the 63.6% In the analysis of the Rosa method it was shown that the seat is dysergonomic; Back support is not found at the lumbar level, affecting the lumbar spine in 75.0% of the auditing doctors; and in 81.8% because the seat is very deep, immediate intervention is required. This study showed that 54.5% of workers with lumbar symptoms are related to work posture, of which 45.5% report moderate to severe low back pain, followed by 36.4% of cervical pain and 27.3% wrist pain; as well as the study carried out in the administrative area of the Bauru wastewater treatment company in which, due to the sitting position, the majority of the 210 civil servants have lumbar symptoms 40.3%; followed by 27.3% neck and 23.8% shoulders.
