Description: As mentioned by Maisonnevue y Floret (2012) in recent decades the prevalence of girls and boys diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) has increased considerably in several countries; In Ecuador this reality is not alien to the Ministry of Public Health and INEC have published an estimate that there are up to 165,960 people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. There are differences in the prevalence of children with ASD (Delfos y Groot, 2011). This research project collected and analyzed information from various authors who used Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Augmented Reality (RA) for the analysis, design and implementation of software applications with the purpose of supporting the treatment of children and girls with ASD. The research is carried out through a multidisciplinary team, with the participation of psychologists, ICT engineers, parents and a child diagnosed with ASD; 50 applications were evaluated based on the ISO / IEC 25010 standard, and the usability feature was verified where the following aspects are defined: error control, user interface, ease of adaptation, learning, use, accessibility, for identify the most suitable applications to help with the treatment of infants At the end of this research, important information was collected to determine the degree of usability of the applications evaluated showing encouraging results, which will be a great help for teachers, therapists, parents and institutions that work with autism.
