dc.description | Non-experimental retrospective study of an inferential cross-section by implementing the Psychosocial Risk Evaluation Questionnaire of the Ministry of Employment and the implementation of binary regression to establish the relationship between the study variables. Results: High Risk (1%), Medium Risk (28%), and Low Risk (71%). The aspects correlated whit high psychosocial risk were: Leadership (10%), Employment Conditions (27%), and Workplace Harassment (19.5%). A relationship between adverse employment condition and employees between the ages of 35-43 was found who showed a higher probability of presenting a medium-high risk in comparison to significate with showed a higher probability of presenting a medium-high risk in comparison to the workforce of 18-24 year of age. In the same way, the leadership aspect has a statistical significance with the prosecutors and support staff showing a lesser probability of medium-high risk than the administrative staff. Concerning workplace harassment, there was a critical relationship with the technical/technological staff and the employees with postgraduate degrees, in which case this staff group showed a higher probability of presenting a medium-high risk than the staff who only had a High School Diploma. The multidisciplinary team and the support staff shows a vital relationship, but they have a lesser probability of medium-high workplace harassment than the administrative staff. | es |
