Resumen : | La larga jornada de trabajo se considera un factor de estrés, afecta de diferente manera a hombres y mujeres. Se relaciona en hombres con consumo de alcohol e hipertensión, y en mujeres afecta la salud mental. Estos efectos pueden estar ligados al rol de género asignado por la sociedad en la que vivimos, esto provoca que hombres trabajen durante más horas y mujeres realicen mayor cantidad de trabajo doméstico. |
Descripción : | The long working day is considered a stress factor, it affects men and women differently. It is related in men with alcohol consumption and hypertension, and in women it affects mental health. These effects may be linked to the gender role assigned by the society in which we live, this causes men to work longer hours and women do more domestic work. |
