dc.descriptionLa Reserva Biológica de Limoncocha (RBL) al pertenecer al Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas se encuentra controlado por el Ministerio del Ambiente del Ecuador y con el propósito de salvaguardar los recursos naturales que alberga usa como instrumento los planes de manejo, la actualización anterior corresponde al año 2011, el cual no posee los programas de control, motivo por el cual, el objetivo de la presente investigación fue la actualización del plan de manejo ambiental mediante una evaluación de impacto ambiental Ex post, para tal efecto se estableció una línea base ambiental que fue realizada mediante la verificación en campo de las actividades que se realizan alrededor del área protegida, y se realizó una revisión sistemática de información bibliográfica de la Reserva Biológica desde el año 2012 de investigaciones y trabajos de fin de carrera realizados en la Universidad Internacional SEK, para luego plantear matrices de interacción, aspectos e impactos, con metodologías Leopold, y Conesa - Fernández modificada, a fin de determinar los impactos moderados y críticos que son el lineamiento para establecer el plan de manejo ambiental actualizado, adicionalmente se tomó en cuenta los aspectos legales actuales. Se encuentra que el control de la reserva ha sido adecuado, inclusive disminuyendo la franja agrícola dentro del área protegida de 20% en el límite de la reserva a 1%, se requiere control en tala y caza ilegal de especies, control de turismo, y eutrofización de la lagunaes
dc.description.abstractThe Biological Reserve of Limoncocha (BRL) belonging to the national system of Protected Areas that is controlled by the Ministry of the environment of Ecuador and in order to safeguard natural resources which houses used as instrument plans of management, the previous update corresponds to the year 2011, which does not possess control programs, reason why, the objective of this research was the update of the environmental management plan through an Ex-post environmental impact assessment, to such an effect was established a line environmental base that was performed by verifying in the field of the activities that take place around the protected area, and was carried out a systematic review of bibliographic information from biological reserve since 2012 research and thesis work carried out in the Universidad international SEK, to then raise interaction matrices, aspects and impacts, with Leopold methodologies, and Conesa-Fernández, to determine moderate impacts and critics who are the guidelines for establishing the plan of environmental management updated, additionally took into account current legal aspects. It is that control of the reserve has been adapted, including decreasing the Strip agricultural within the protected area of 20% on the edge of the reserve at 1%, is required control in logging and illegal hunting of species, control tourism, and eutrophication of the Lakees
