Description: Violence is considered a worldwide problem that transcends different cultures, ages, social classes, levels of education and involves multiple mental health problems. This study aimed to analyze anxiety and depression in women victims of violence with different levels of educational instruction. Materials and methods: This study was conducted in a descriptive way since each of the variables was investigated and at the same time, it was analyzed according to the level or degree of educational instruction, differentiating under this category some groups of women victims of violence, the modality of the research was field because the data was acquired directly from the study sample. The contribution of women attending the “Nosotras con Equidad Foundation” of Riobamba was used, which was evaluated through the PAI Personality Assessment Inventory, designed to assess the manifestations and observable signs with special emphasis on their different modalities (cognitive, emotional and physiological). In addition, a structured interview was conducted that helped us determine the levels of educational instruction and other characteristics. Results: they helped us to verify the hypothesis raised about the level of academic instruction and how personality traits vary, positively or negatively in the case of depression and anxiety in women victims of violence. Conclusion: the findings showed that anxiety and depression with their respectful forms (cognitive, emotional and physiological), do not present significant differences, so it was decided to use the Kruskal Wallis criteria and at the same time the Cluster analysis was applied to see if there are different trends in the possible subgroups within the sample studied; where we found slight differences, considering that it is due to the lack of adaptation of the EPI in our country and at the same time to the small number of participants in the research, thus implying that the results have greater inconsistency and the traits of anxiety and depression are shown slightly Associates in women victims of violence with levels of basic-middle and higher education
