Abstract: El cantón Baños de Agua Santa se encuentra ubicado en el oriente de la provincia de Tungurahua, está considerado entre los principales destinos turísticos del país tanto por las cualidades como por la cantidad de equipamiento y actividades destinados a la población flotante, la mayor parte de la población activa se dedica al turismo y son los proyectos de esta actividad los que han acaparado el cantón. Relegando y desatendiendo las necesidades de grupos vulnerables. Los adultos mayores e infantes son considerados grupos de atención prioritaria y están incluidos a la sociedad mediante programas sociales públicos y privados que fomentan su desarrollo, pero no cuentan con un espacio permanente para realizar estas actividades. Baños de Agua Santa tiene una escasez de infraestructura para los grupos vulnerables mencionados, por ello se plantea este objeto arquitectónico destinado a los adultos mayores, pretendiente de su inclusión y mejorar su calidad de vida
Description: The canton Baños de Agua Santa is located in the east of the province of Tungurahua, is considered among the main tourist destinations of the country both for the qualities and for the amount of equipment and activities for the floating population, most of the Active population is dedicated to tourism and it is the projects of this activity that have monopolized the canton. Releasing and neglecting the needs of vulnerable groups. Older adults and infants are considered priority care groups and are included in society through public and private social programs that encourage their development, but do not have a permanent space to carry out these activities. Baños de Agua Santa has a shortage of infrastructure for the vulnerable groups mentioned, so this architectural object is intended for older adults, intended for inclusion and improve their quality of life
