Descripción : The project responds to the needs of the sector "Las Bethenlemitas", located to the south-east of the city of Latacunga province of Cotopaxi, the city of Latacunga has had a formidable development conserving its urban layout, despite developing on an axis of risks and natural threats to be found around the Cutuchi River being one of the main mouths of the lahars in possible erup􀆟ons of the Cotopaxi volcano, despite being a small city and to be constantly threatened by the alarms generated by the ac􀆟vity of the volcano. The GAD. Municipal de la Cantón Latacunga has been implemen􀆟ng new equipment in security zones, where there will be no impact due to the volcanic threat. The objec􀆟ve is to design a neighborhood market to decentralize the supply of products for human consump􀆟on, as currently exists in the downtown area of the city, which will benefit 250 inhabitants, in view of the need that exists to have a decentralized area of commerce. since consumers must cross the city to supply food in their homes. It is proposed to create a new zone of commercial expansion for human consump􀆟on in a safe area, using the theory through bar typology. Thus giving the possibility of crea􀆟ng a good quality of life and posi􀆟ve development in the sector, the same that can reac􀆟vate the area crea􀆟ng spaces of integra􀆟on with the inhabitants.
