Abstract: | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la evaluación de factores psicosociales en el personal operativo de una empresa de servicios de alojamiento ubicada en Quito, a través de un método científicamente validado, para que en base a los resultados obtenidos y en torno a la realidad de la empresa, se propongan medidas que atenúen el riesgo. Se trata de un estudio analítico, transversal y descriptivo. Con un total de 18 personas como objeto de estudio. El método empleado fue el CoPsoQ-istas21 versión corta. A partir de los datos obtenidos con la aplicación de la encuesta y el análisis de resultados en base al método, se evidenció que, de los 6 grandes grupos de factores evaluados, se presentan niveles desfavorables en 4 de ellos, existiendo problemas de inseguridad en aproximadamente el total del personal evaluado (94,44%), e importantes porcentajes de personas que perciben las exigencias psicológicas (77,78%) y la estima (72,22%), como condiciones adversas y de influencia negativa. La doble presencia como nivel desfavorable existe en más de la mitad de los encuestados (56,25%). Se presenta un análisis de las respuestas globales obtenidas por pregunta y también del riesgo reflejado en cada grupo sociodemográfico, para tener una idea más clara de las posibles causas que dan lugar a la manifestación de los niveles desfavorables anteriormente mencionados, o niveles rojos |
Description: | This study aims at assessing psychosocial factors in operational staff of an accommodation service company situated in the city of Quito, through a scientifically validated method, so that based on the results obtained and in relation to the company’s reality, measures are proposed to mitigate the risk. It is an analytical, transversal and descriptive study. With a total of 18 people as objects of study. CoPsoQ-istas21, short version, was the method employed. From the data obtained with the application of the survey and the analysis of results based on the method, it was evidenced that, from six major groups of factors assessed, there are unfavorable levels in 4 of them, there are problems of insecurity in approximately the total number of staff assessed (94,44%), and significant percentages of people who perceive psychological demands (77,78%) and esteem (72,22%) as adverse conditions and negative influence. The double presence as an unfavorable level exists in more than half of the respondents (56,25%). This study presents an analysis of the global answers obtained from each question and also of the risk reflected in each sociodemographic group, to have a clearer idea of the possible causes that rise to the manifestation of the unfavorable levels, mentioned above, or red levels |
