Description: This work aims to demonstrate that the use of a biofuel is an alternative to minimize damage to health and the environment, through data collection through On Board, Torque, Power, Static Gases, VSP (Vehicle Specific Power) ) and fuel consumption, assisted by the static thermal simulation of the spark plug in the ANSYS software to compare these results. In this study four fuels proposals are used, two of national commercialization and the same ones mixed with a solid additive (Ferox), with the purpose of checking which is the fuel that emits less pollution factors for CO, NOx and HC and also that generate more torque and power in the engine of the study vehicle. An accepted and established route is used in the Metropolitan District of Quito from 2399 to 2870 meters above sea level, which combines the section on the road with a distance of 9 km and a section in the city with a route of 8 km, in which there are ascents and descents with several angles of inclination in slope. In conclusion, it is obtained that the interaction of the component in the software is of 14876 nodes and 7464 elements studied with automatic meshing, obtaining that the Ecopaís and Ecopaís+Ferox fuels have the highest heat flow with a significant difference of 5% of the Extra fuel and a significant reduction in pollutant emissions of 2 and 2.5% of the FCO with the use of the Ecopais compared to Extra and Ferox fuel respectively, in the case of FHC, the Ecopaís and Ecopaís+Ferox fuels with a 3% lower emissions in Comparison to the Extra fuel, and finally in the FNOx the fuels that have extra solid Extra+Ferox and Ecopais+Ferox are smaller by 3 and 3.3% with respect to the Extra fuel respectively.
