Abstract: Este estudio se desarrolló para identificar los riesgos psicosociales existentes en la empresa ASTIMEC S.A. ubicada en Quito - Ecuador. Se hizo un primer análisis con el personal administrativo ya que ellos presentaban quejas de trabajo excesivo, horas extras y sobre carga mental, fueron evaluados a través del método FPSICO versión 3.1 del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo de España (INSHT), dicho método permite evaluar nueve factores de riesgo psicosocial. Se evaluó a toda la población administrativa; se realizó 25 cuestionarios los cuales se ingresó al sistema manualmente y se obtuvo como resultado que existen varios riesgos psicosociales altos que requieren atención de parte de la administración y el personal de seguridad ocupacional, los resultados altos fueron en 2 factores; Participación y Supervisión siendo este el de mayor puntaje, con un 60% de riesgo muy alto y Carga de trabajo obteniendo un 32% de riesgo muy alto; además se presenta a la empresa un programa de prevención de riesgos psicosociales, como una herramienta de prevención, en el que se toma en cuenta los dos factores de riesgo más alto encontrados en la empresa, para ponerlo en marcha este año y poder disminuir el riesgo a enfermedades o accidentes laborales.
Description: This study was developed to identify the psychosocial risks existing in the ASTIMEC S.A. located in Quito - Ecuador. A first analysis was made with the staff administrative since they presented complaints of excessive work, overtime and overload were evaluated through the FPSICO method version 3.1 of the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene in the Workplace of Spain (INSHT), this method allows to evaluate nine psychosocial risk factors. The entire administrative population was evaluated; it was done 25 questionnaires which were entered into the system manually and obtained as a result there are several high psychosocial risks that require attention from the administration and the occupational safety personnel, the high results were in 2 factors; Participation and Supervision being this the highest score, with a very high risk of 60% and I work obtaining a 32% very high risk; In addition, a program is presented to the company of prevention of psychosocial risks, as a tool of prevention, in which it is taken account for the two highest risk factors found in the company, to get it going this year and to reduce the risk of work-related illnesses or accidents.
