Abstract: En la antigüedad Conocoto fue parada obligatoria entre Amaguaña y Quito ya que el General Eloy Alfaro en su afán de solventar la movilidad en todo el territorio nacional construyó carreteras que unían varias poblaciones que conectaban el valle siendo este un punto fundamental en el crecimiento poblacional y demográfico por esta causa este sector alejado de la capital también constituye un punto de alto interés para tomarlo en cuenta en la problemática que vive gran parte de la niñez ecuatoriana, específicamente este proyecto responde a la necesidad de implementar una Casa Hogar de ayuda social estratégicamente ubicada en el centro de Conocoto muy cerca a la educación, salud y áreas recreativas para que los niños con diversos problemas de carácter social, cultural, emocional, familiar, etc puedan ser incluidos nuevamente en la sociedad con programas y talleres que potencien sus aptitudes y fomenten en ellos un empoderamiento tanto para su crecimiento emocional como para su desempeño en la sociedad, esto representa el edificio al tener un área pública en la que la sociedad puede integrarse con los niños y a su vez un área completamente privada que cumple con todos los requisitos para el desarrollo y cuidado de cada niño, niña o adolescente.
Description: In the antiquity Conocoto was obligatory stop between Amaguaña and Quito since the General Eloy Alfaro in its eagerness to solve the mobility in all the national territory constructed roads that united several populations that connected the valley, being this a fundamental point in the population and demographic growth for this reason, this sector away from the capital is also a point of high interest to take it into account in the problems that a large part of Ecuadorian children experience, specifically this project responds to the need to implement a social assistance ¨Home House¨ strategically located in the center of Conocoto, very close to education, health and recreational areas so that children with various problems of a social, cultural, emotional, family, etc. can be included again in society with programs and workshops that enhance their skills and encourage them an empowerment for both their emotional growth and for its performance in society, this is the representation of this building by having a public area in which society can be integrated with children and in turn a completely private area that meets all the requirements for the development and care of each boy, girl or teen.
