Análisis microbiológico de los bienes culturales en la iglesia de Guápulo

Abstract

Guápulo es considerado como uno de los Patrimonios Culturales de nuestro país, por su magnificencia y antigüedad en sus paredes se ha conservado la belleza de la época colonial, forma parte de la historia de Quito por su iglesia, monasterio, plaza, por sus calles y antiguas haciendas; todos estos son monumentos y símbolos históricos, por ende es nuestro deber como quiteños cuidar de este. El estudio enfocado en el Biodeterioro que se realizó, consistió en determinar los supuestos hongos causantes del deterioro de la Iglesia de Guápulo, para poder resolver dicho problema en posteriores trabajos científicos. Cabe recalcar que este estudio se dirigirá al análisis de hongos específicamente y con el fin que esta investigación sea posteriormente una herramienta que abra las puertas a futuros estudios científicos que den remedio o una medida preventiva al problema y al manejo de los microorganismos implicados en el Biodeterioro de los bienes culturales
