Nuevo campus Universidad SEK

Abstract

El proyecto del nuevo campus de la Universidad Internaciona es el resultado de un proceso técnico de una planificación arquitectónica, en el cual se han puesto a prueba los conocimientos adquieridos a lo largo de la carrera, pero que además a servido para implementar áreas del conocimiento en dóne pudieron ser necesarias. El terreno se encuentra ubicado en el sector norte de la ciudad de Quito, (Carcelén) este terreno es propiedad de la Universidad Internacional SEK, el terreno se constituye por dos plataformas bien definidas que son las partes más factibles del terreno, ya que el resto de terreno presenta una topografía muy accidentada.

The project of the new campus of the International University is the result of a technical process of architectural planning, in which the knowledge acquired throughout the career has been put to the test, but also served to implement areas of knowledge in where they might be necessary. The land is located in the northern sector of the city of Quito, (Carcelén) this land is owned by SEK International University, the land is constituted by two well-defined platforms that are the most feasible parts of the land, since the rest of terrain presents a very rugged topography.
