The objective of this document is to show the process carried out for the presentation of a preliminary project. Throughout the development of it will explain the choice of field and the type to be treated, the approach of the problem, the justification of the need and the most appropriate solution to be carried out; all this based on information obtained through research carried out to support the final result. With all the bibliographic support; cited below and in which you can find standards, regulations, relevant examples and specific basic needs; Along with direct investigations of the natural, artificial and social physical environment, an exhaustive study of the typology and its components will be presented. Once the analysis and critique of the chosen material has been made, a series of proposals and recommendations for an applicable design response will be defined. Said proposal must understand the first cause of the stated problem, satisfy the specific need and be applicable to the social-spatial reality that it is proposed to improve. Based on these considerations and without forgetting that Architecture is not only responsible for creating functional spaces but to produce a stimulating and beautiful environment will achieve the best solution to the problem in an architectural object that allows the full development of users eliminating traps and architectural barriers, where flexibility and adaptability will be necessary requirements.-
