Conjunto de tratamiento integrado para personas autistas en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract

El presente proyecto: “Conjunto de Tratamiento Integrado Para Personas Autistas en la Ciudad de Quito”, mismo que está desarrollado en varias etapas las cuales son: definición del tema, que refleja la situación actual que presenta el país frente a personas con discapacidad autista.

La conceptualización, que es la segunda etapa: trata de definir el tipo de arquitectura, analizar el sujeto de estudio y su relación con los diferentes espacios que abarca el objeto arquitectónico.

La tercera etapa, se basa en la elaboración de modelos teóricos, funcionales y dimensionales, busca que la edificación esté acondicionada con todos los requerimientos necesarios para el caso.

En lo que se relaciona a la cuarta etapa, tenemos la consolidación del proyecto con todos sus elementos arquitectónicos y constructivos.

El proyecto, permitirá que personas que adolecen de esta discapacidad tengan la accesibilidad a tratamientos que buscan su rehabilitación, rompiendo con el concepto de que, dentro de la edificación está la cura; por una propuesta que busca la exteriorización para encontrarnos con otros tipo de elementos, cumpliendo con la necesidad real que es el integrarse con el agua, aire, tierra, sol, animales y personas.

The present project: "Integrated Treatment Set for Autistic People in the City of Quito", which is developed in several stages which are: definition of the topic, which reflects the current situation that the country presents to people with autistic disability.

The conceptualization, which is the second stage: it tries to define the type of architecture, analyze the subject of study and its relation to the different spaces that the architectural object encompasses.

The third stage, is based on the development of theoretical, functional and dimensional models, seeks that the building is equipped with all the necessary requirements for the case.

In what relates to the fourth stage, we have the consolidation of the project with all its architectural and constructive elements.

The project will allow people who suffer from this disability to have access to treatments that seek their rehabilitation, breaking with the concept that, within the building is the cure; for a proposal that seeks exteriorization to meet other types of elements, fulfilling the real need that is to integrate with water, air, land, sun, animals and people.
