Abstract: El presente proyecto pretende comprobar la factibilidad de una franquicia de ropa casual dirigida a mujeres de 20 a 59 años de edad, que habitan en la ciudad de Quito y que pertenecen a un nivel socioeconómico medio - medio y alto. Los productos a ofrecer son específicamente 4: pantalones, blusas, chaquetas y faldas. En el Primer Capítulo se aborda el concepto general de lo que significa una franquicia, permitiendo conocer los elementos que conforman la misma, su clasificación, las razones del por qué franquiciar constituye un método seguro y exitoso y, sobre todo, saber cuales son las ventajas y desventajas que tienen el franquiciante y el franquíciado. El Segundo Capítulo se centra en el estudio de mercado, es decir, se analiza la oferta y la demanda; además el canal de distribución que va ha tener esta franquicia y los factores en que se basa para la fijación de precios. Se presentan los resultados que se obtuvo en la estimación de la demanda a través de encuestas a una muestra, lo que permitió proyectar las cantidades que se van ha demandar de cada tipo de producto. En el Tercer Capítulo se encuentran la macro y micro localización de la franquicia, basándose en requisitos que un franquiciante puede exigir. También abarca el costo del "franchise fee" y la inversión inicial de la franquicia escogida ( Neb & Mel). El Cuarto Capítulo presenta una visión de cómo será la organizaciónadministrativa y legal. En cuanto a lo administrativo, contiene la jerarquización del personal, fijación de salarios y la importancia del Código de Trabajo para beneficiar ya sea al empleador como al empleado. En lo que se refiere a lo legal, constan elementos de juicio que permiten orientar al franquiciado en la firma de un contrato de franquicia, para evitar que en el futuro se sienta perjudicado. En el Quinto Capítulo se presenta un estudio financiero completo, que contiene las proyecciones totales de las ventas y los costos y gastos proyectados para la franquicia. En el Sexto Capítulo se confirma la viabilidad del "Estudio de factibilidad de una franquicia de ropa casual de mujer en la ciudad de Quito" mediante el método de evaluación: Valor Actual Neto Ajustado.
Description: This project aims to verify the feasibility of a franchise of casual clothing aimed at women from 20 to 59 years old, who live in the city of Quito and that belong to a medium socioeconomic level - medium and high. The products to offer are specifically 4: pants, blouses, jackets and skirts. The first chapter deals with the general concept of what it means a franchise, allowing to know the elements that make up the same, its classification, the reasons why franchising constitutes a safe and successful method and, above all, know what are the advantages and disadvantages that the franchisor and franchise have. The Second Chapter focuses on market research, that is, it analyze supply and demand; also the distribution channel that goes have this franchise and the factors on which it is based for fixing prices. The results that were obtained in the estimation of the demand through surveys to a sample, which allowed to Project the quantities that are going to be demanded of each type of product. In the Third Chapter we find the macro and micro location of the franchise, based on requirements that a franchisor can demand. It also covers the cost of the franchise fee and the initial investment of the chosen franchise (Neb & Mel). The Fourth Chapter presents a vision of how the organization will be administrative and legal. As for the administrative, it contains the hierarchy of the personnel, wage setting and the importance of the Labor Code to benefit either to the employer or to the employee. With regard to the legal, there are elements of judgment that allow guide the franchisee in signing a franchise contract, to avoid that in the future he feels damaged. In the Fifth Chapter a complete financial study is presented, which contains the total projections of sales and costs and expenses projected for the franchise. In the Sixth Chapter, the viability of the "Feasibility Study of a casual clothing franchise for women in the city of Quito " by the evaluation method: Adjusted Net Present Value.
