Description: The most developed societies in the world, are always willing to change, where, the change is the future. Currently, creating a new design so that run a business carries out a number of variables that must be analyzed, where these can be administrative personnel, production processes, distribution, advertising, etc. From the studies of W. Edwards Demingm, creator of the Philosophy of JAT (Just at Time): "Everything that is done wrong once, is done twice" begin to emerge theories about reengineering, which allow to correct errors in the production and in quality control, in order to obtain an advantage competitive to achieve customer satisfaction. Every company or organization has a unique structure, processes and components, for Therefore, it is inconceivable to search for a standard reengineering model applicable to all companies, although they have the same purpose. Reengineering can improve the quality, costs, speed, flexibility, satisfaction of the customer and precision, all of them simultaneously. Other factors that need to be studied in a reengineering project are the clients, where it is about knowing the most information about him as they are: his tastes and what It is what customers are looking for, to provide them with the greatest possible satisfaction. The competition and quality should also be taken into account in the analysis of a company. Reengineering consists of nine stages that are: identification of projects, analysis initial impact, selection of effort and definition of scope, analysis of the basic business information and work process, definition of alternatives, simulation of new processes and new workflows, impact evaluation potential of the costs and benefits of each alternative, implement the alternative selected, updating the information and the models of the basic guide of Positioning A company where a reengineering has been carried out has a work environment more effective, since all the efforts of their workers they are oriented towards the same purpose. The complex processes are become simple by freeing managers' time to help your employees. However, even this process requires controls that can measure success or failure in the long term. The control can be carried out through profitability goals or of market positioning, it is important to control human resources that are a vital part of a reengineering.
